USource is seeking individuals who understand working online in the digital space. Our ecommerce clients based in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom require customer support for their online businesses. To be successful in this role you will need excellent English skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to converse with native English speakers (United States, Canada, Australia) using written English, via email and live chat.

You will be responsible for customer service messages to customers, support tickets, processing orders, refunds, inventory management and other tasks related to both start-up and enterprise ecommerce solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Superior English Skills – Spelling and Grammar
  • Willingness to work online with clients in the digital
  • Ability to write in English, like a native speaker
  • Ability to problem solve and find answers from existing answers
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems – Zenkdesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias – an advantage

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum: University & College Graduates

SALARY:

Negotiable based on qualifications, skills and experience.
